Dear Friend,

We’re excited to share highlights from recent gatherings that reinforced our mission and expanded our impact.

At The Hague’s Advanced Summer Programme on Terrorism and Counter-Terrorism, our leadership gained crucial global perspectives on today’s toxic information environment and dangerous political polarization that incite hate-fueled violence.

At the Eradicate Hate Global Summit, we connected with leading anti-hate experts from diverse fields—from tech companies to law enforcement, mental health professionals to academic researchers. While most summit discussions centered on preventing individual involvement, our participation emphasized the urgent need for proven tertiary interventions—specialized work we’ve pioneered and continue to improve over the last 14 years—because individuals currently involved in hate groups are our highest-risk population.

The Summit yielded exciting new partnerships, with multiple organizations approaching us to collaborate on training mental health practitioners in best practices for working with violent extremists—a program we’ve refined since 2018.

Thank you to everyone who came and donated, making last month’s Angry Hour a success! We raised over $500 and made great connections. We have another event planned for November and are currently seeking corporate sponsors. Please reach out if you are interested.

These gatherings reinforce that our work has never been more vital. Please read more of our takeaways from Eradicate Hate and the Hague in the links below.

Thank you for your continued support.

With gratitude,

The Team at Life After Hate
